Not exactly literature (feel free to move it, where ever it belongs), but Dave mentioned some months ago the German Book he uses in his school.
That brought me to the idea to start this thread to exchange experiences with German as a foreign language schoolbooks. (I don't have any, but I hope to get a chance to teach GFL next year and then I'll need it).

Two GFL books I know are: Themen and em-Grammatik.

Is there a huge difference between GFL books published within the german language area and those, who are published beyond?
