  Japanese donít care so much about the things that happen at a drink party. But the U.S. people care about it. So, I think Japanese enjoy the parties with the workers more than them.


The meaning of Inner circle and outer circle is different. In Japan, the range is changed depending on our position. If Japanese work at an office, the office is included to an inner circle. For example, when I call my boss in the other place, I say just his or her name, not say politely.
